TV3’s sports journalist Thierry Nyann has revealed that a job offer he had in 2017 still remains his biggest deal.
He said this in an exclusive interview with Solomon Mensah on YouTube based talkshow “Talk to Solomon”. In the said interview published on Monday, November 15, Mr. Nyann said he had mistakenly deleted a mail from now defunct www.about.com when an executive of the sports news portal sent him an email asking him to be their employee.
“I was going through my junk, I think my bin, and I saw ‘employment.’ So, I had to reinstall it [email],” he said.
He added that the About.com job: “Happens to be my biggest paying job till today. So, a job that I ended in 2017 is still my biggest paying job till today. It was paying a lot. They expected me to give them eight (8) articles a month and for each article, they were paying $250,” he disclosed.
